BOSS Let’s be clear, Mori likes Boss. He thinks he’s a nice guy and he’s definitely trying his best, despite a number of very public fuck ups he does not think Boss ever sets out to hurt anyone, and if he does it’s not out of cruelty. Mori doesn’t think he’s a bad guy he just thinks he’s a fucking idiot.
The impression he has of Boss is someone who thinks they are smarter than they actually are, he thinks that Boss assumes he knew best about a lot of things without actually paying attention to people’s feelings, enforced by the fiasco with HSS and now the fallout of the last game. When they had that altercation Mori told him that trust between them had been damaged, and Boss has not. Really done much to rebuild that. He’s not entirely sure Boss knows how to, or has any plans to, and he doesn’t know if that’s because he’s been busy or if he’s just written off the relationship. Mori really would prefer to get to know Boss better and how he thinks, he knows there is a distance there and there are things he doesn’t understand about Boss - what if he’s making unfair assumptions? He doesn’t want to judge him too harshly without knowing or understanding him, but he doesn’t think Boss wants him to. Mori felt a little bit rejected when he tried to talk to him after the game and was very visibly shut down, rationally he understands that was an extreme circumstance but it still felt like. Ah. Boss-san does not want me near him. He won’t let that stop him from trying of course because Mori doesn’t know how not to shove his nose in other people’s business, but things feel a little awkward. They’re not exactly friends but Mori would like that to change.
He’s worried about Boss and how he’s going to cope after the game fallout, he clearly does not seem okay? And Boss certainly did fuck up so he has some amends to make, Mori just does not want Boss to hate himself and resign himself to all this. Mori might keep trying to check in on Boss and the rest of BE=DE for a bit. Make sure you’re eating properly Boss!
RAIJUU Mori hasn’t spoken to Raijuu much, he doesn’t have a solid strong impression of him apart from someone who is VERY RECKLESS and VERY AGGRESSIVELY DOES NOT WANT TO BE LOOKED DOWN UPON. Which is fair enough, Mori knows he freaked out a little when they met (knives are grounds for freaking out???) and it may not necessarily have made the best impression. He’s worried he annoyed Raijuu and in future he wants to keep his head and get to know him properly. Will probably still fret about him a bit until he remembers the extent of his hypocrisy.
He cares about him as someone important to Hiryuu, although he doesn’t know the extent of their relationship. Obviously he knows there is something there because he is not fucking blind, and has made a few comments, but he’s not 100% sure the extent of their feelings towards each other and isn’t confident in making assumptions. He’s not about to be like ohhhh you definitely like her huh nudge nudge wink wink, but he will probably continue observing and commenting.
Also after seeing that tournament memory he’s a little starstruck by his skills - so cool, so strong Raijuu-san!! Plz fight me some time.

MORI LIKES B SO MUCH. B is probably his favourite person off team in the game, he's been consistently funny and charming and cute and just generally fun to be around. He is always happy to spend time with him and enjoys their dumb hero/villain games, although he'd also like a chance to play as partners in crime or do the damsel thing again, he doesn't always want them to be against each other. Unfortunately B is A HORRIBLE TEASE so they often fall into that, and he feels like B enjoys trolling him too much for that dynamic to change. Even though he likes spending time with him, Mori often feels like he needs to live up to a challenge with B, they don't have a comfortable relaxing friendship, he has to be ON with him.
He is. Becoming aware. Of other feelings. Feelings of thinking B looks really cute and can fluster him just a little too easily. His crush isn't too deep and he won't act on it, but now he's AWARE of it and that's terrible. Now he needs to be even more on. Mori has flubbed a few of their conversations trying not to lose to that and been embarrassed thinking back on it. From the start he feels like B has put expectations on him, obviously the big strong hero thing is a joke, but B was one of the first people to insist on Mori living up to that role so it feels like, this is what he wants and this is who I need to be and I can't let him see me be weak or unheroic. Mori feels like, if he shows weakness or doubts or anything like that, he is letting B down, especially since B has so much else to stress about with his team and with the general. It's not that he thinks B is uncaring of that, but that he doesn't want to deal with Mori's problems on top of everything, and also doesn't want Mori to deal with his. Mori certainly noticed that rebuff after the memory with his mum, which was worrying? He is very worried about B, but B obviously does not want their relationship to be anything deeper or get into serious thoughts and even though Mori frets over him he is trying to respect that and live up to the identity he thinks B wants from him.
EDIT I typed this up on my phone at my mum's and didn't copy over the last paragraph oops: That's not to be entirely negative about their dynamic. B giving him a role to live up to has given Mori a kind of purpose, when he's feeling lost he defaults into that role and it helps him keep moving forward, or find some humour in something. In canon Deku says he's bad at jokes and doesn't have a good sense of humour, and that's not as prevalant in imeeji because Mori hasn't had years of isolation and mockery from his peers, but he still retains some of his canon nervousness. B has definitely been a big influence in making him feel more comfortable just joking around and actually trying to make someone laugh, and in gaining confidence talking to people. Some of that will fade as he gains more memories of his nervous disposition to balance it out, and he's starting to get jittery without noticing it more often, but B helps pull him into familiar territory (most of the time. Talk of fandom was flustering he tried very hard not to die). Even if he believes B doesn't want him confiding in him, B is good at cheering him up and keeping him motivated and targeting potential insecurities and building Mori up. That memory thread where B told him that he was clever and praised him for getting through the obstacle course made him feel all fluttery and happy and turned something he thought was a weakness into something he could feel more proud of.
All the stuff from the last meme pretty much remains! But he does realize now that Mori has a bit of a crush. Which is dangerous for Mori because he's not above using it to tease him. It's super funny and super adorable and honestly he bets Mori has a ton of fans. He's just a very appealing person.
He was also super impressed with how he won the race in that memory and none of his compliments were a put on. Being able to do it without super powers in a way....makes him seem more powerful than anyone else. And he's not sure he's able to explain all that to Mori.
Mori thinks that Sanguine is a cool guy but he's really only gotten a strong impression of him in max misery mode. He would like to get to know him outside of max misery. Obviously it's understandable, because BE=DE messed up in a big way and are all consumed by guilt, but Mori thinks that just because they made a mistake that they are making attempts to atone for doesn't mean they should hate themselves and feel so down, which is why he tried so hard to comfort Sanguine. He's been nothing but sweet. Sanguine really seems like he needs a friend, which Mori wants to be.
Sanguine is a nice guy that needs to be less hard on himself and have someone cheer him up is Mori's basic impression.
